By inviting CurlioBot to your server or using any of its commands, you agree to these terms. If you are a server administrator inviting the bot, you also agree on behalf of your server and are responsible for ensuring your members use it appropriately.
These terms exist alongside Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, which also apply.
You may use CurlioBot for any legitimate community purpose. The bot is designed for real Discord communities that want to engage, grow, and have fun together.
The following are not permitted:
Administrators who invite the bot to their server are responsible for how it is configured and used within that server. This includes setting appropriate permissions, configuring features responsibly, and ensuring members are not using the bot to harm others.
We reserve the right to remove the bot from any server without notice if it is being used in violation of these terms or Discord's own policies.
CurlioBot is provided as-is, free of charge, maintained by a single developer in their spare time. We make reasonable efforts to keep it running reliably but make no guarantees about uptime, feature availability, or continuity of service.
Features may be added, changed, or removed at any time. The bot may go offline for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control.
CurlioBot is provided without any warranty, express or implied. We are not responsible for any loss of data, missed events, XP discrepancies, or any other outcome resulting from the bot being unavailable or behaving unexpectedly. Use it because it adds value to your community, not because you depend on it critically.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CurlioBot and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the bot, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of community activity, or any harm resulting from downtime or unexpected behavior.
Your use of the bot is entirely at your own risk.
The Bridge feature relays messages across multiple Discord servers. Using it carries additional expectations:
You can stop using the bot at any time by removing it from your server. We can revoke access for any server or user that violates these terms, with or without prior notice.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be announced in the support Discord and posted to the read-only Botty bridge channel. Continued use of the bot after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
